Homestyle Aged Care group in Melbourne seeks a Property Manager to lead property, maintenance and asset management across its aged care homes. Based at Bentleigh with regular travel to sites in Melbourne and Geelong, you will manage a team of ten Maintenance Officers and drive safety, compliance and resident comfort.

You will oversee preventative programs, Essential Services compliance, contractor performance and capital works budgets, ensuring sites remain protected, welcoming and well maintained
