Suntory Oceania is seeking a Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Distribution centre in Australia. You will coach a high-performing team to achieve throughput targets, monitor shift activity, and drive continuous improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Lead, you will collaborate with DC Managers and support teams to ensure accurate picking and packing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service as part of Suntory's
