Alcoa Australia is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for WA Mining, based at our Huntly and Willowdale sites. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the mines, implementing health and safety systems, critical risk controls and injury prevention initiatives.
You will partner with senior leaders to drive protected outcomes, coach teams and strengthen governance, audits and incident investigations to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
