and log analysisStrong understanding of server hardware architectureGood communication and cross-team collaboration skillsAdd-on-Skills:Proficient with PowerShell script-based development for automationKnowledge of platform components and concepts such as CPLD, JBOD, and system interconnectsExperience in stress, performance, and reliability testingAbility to work in customer-facing(OEM) / partner-facing rolesExperience in HW system engineering, bring-up, and validationKnowledge of firmware / BIOS / BMC interaction and system-level debuggingHands-on experience in data center (DC) environmentsProvide ops support (DC + NPI), live issue triage, and escalation handlingAbility to work with system engineers, software teams, and program stakeholdersFamiliarity with scalable automation (multi-node / rack-level systems)Exposure to Ansible / container-based orchestration frameworks is preferred.
