Marlin Australia is seeking a Creative Director/Head of Graphic Design to lead our in-house team in St Peter's, Sydney. You will shape water sports safety and lifestyle products from concept to roll-out, and mentor junior designers in a small, cooperative studio.

The role demands a strong portfolio, strategic thinking, and hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). You'll partner with product development, marketing and production to deliver innovative, on-brand
