PLS is seeking a Learning & Development skilled to lead the training program for the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) rollout at our Pilbara operations. You will plan, coordinate and deliver training to ensure safe and effective operation in autonomous mining environments.

You will drive competency assessments, manage multiple stakeholders, and champion change management to maximise adoption and safety in a fast-moving project context.
