Remote: Hybrid

Opal, a national HR and workplace relations consultancy, seeks a Senior HR & Workplace Relations Professional for a remote, flexible role. You'll apply IR/ER expertise to client matters with practical, commercially-minded advice.You'll work on industrial relations, employee relations, payroll remediation, and HR systems projects. The role is 24–32 hours per week, permanently, with 100% work from home and no client-site travel.
