Job Type: Full time

San Telmo Brisbane, located in Brisbane CBD, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. Working with the Head Chef, you will lead daily kitchen operations, uphold quality, and develop the kitchen team.This permanent, full-time role offers 38–40 hour weeks, 40% staff discounts across venues, staff meals, and opportunities to progress to Head Chef through structured training and development.
