Lutheran Services Australia is seeking a Clinical Manager for Salem Aged Care in Toowoomba, QLD. You will lead the clinical team, focus on care standards, staff development and day-to-day clinical operations to strengthen practices and ensure care planning meets residents' changing needs.

The role reports to the Service Manager and involves ensuring protected, person-centred care, compliance with standards and effective governance across the residential aged care service.
