Sales Assistant | Eastern Suburbs | $66K–$72K Package + Commissions
/n An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and driven Sales Assistant to join a high-performing residential sales team in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
/n
/n This is a hands-on, sales-focused role with no general administration component. You'll focus on buyer management, campaign coordination and generating new leads, working closely with an established sales skilled in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:/n

- Manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective purchasers
/n
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers throughout the sales process
/n
- Coordinate and manage property campaigns
/n
- Assist with open homes, inspections and buyer follow-up
/n
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
/n
- Follow up leads and identify potential listing opportunities
/n
- Maintain accurate buyer and campaign information across the team's systems
/n
- Work closely with the sales team to support campaign performance and business growth
/n
What We're Looking For:/n

- Previous real estate sales or sales assistant experience preferred
/n
- Strong buyer management and relationship-building skills
/n
- A proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation
/n
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
/n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
/n
- Strong organisation and campaign coordination skills
/n
- Positive attitude, initiative and a genuine drive to succeed
/n
- Mandarin-speaking ability is beneficial but not essential
/n
The Details:/n

- Location: Eastern Suburbs
/n
- Hours: Monday–Friday, plus Saturdays, with one weekday off
/n
- Salary: $66,000–$72,000 package
/n
- Package Breakdown: Approximately $58,000 base plus car, phone and super entitlements
/n
- Commission: $500 per sale, regardless of personal involvement in securing the sale
/n
- Lead Incentive: $1,500 for leads that convert into a listing
/n
- Systems: Realtime Agent, Campaign Agent and Agentbox
/n
- Role Focus: Buyer management, campaign coordination and prospecting, with no general administration component
/n
