Duckies Shoes Pty Ltd seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta, Google, and Tik Tok ads and drive conversion for a rapid-growing D2C brand. You’ll manage budgets, tests and multi-market campaigns, ensuring data integrity across platforms and Shopify.

You’ll translate data into action, optimise funnels, and collaborate with a Content Strategist to improve landing pages, product pages and checkout flows. Hybrid working in AU, with strong growth across AU/UK/Europe.
