Eucalyptus Spa, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a CRO Manager to own and improve one of the most key journeys at Juniper: from first website visit to starting treatment. This senior, hands-on role sits within our Product Growth team and focuses on conversion across the digital funnel across pages, quizzes, assessments and orders.

You'll collaborate with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics to design rigorous experiments (A/B and multivariate), diagnose drop-offs, and translate data into
