Want to run the job, not just design it?

I'm partnering with a growing engineering consultancy (90+ people across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne) looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead their civil and urban development projects. You'd be based in North Sydney or Parramatta, whichever suits you.
This role suits a senior civil engineer who's ready to own projects end to end. You'd lead the client relationship, steer the design team and take things through authority approvals.

What you'll do

- Lead subdivision, urban development and infrastructure projects from concept through approvals to construction.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and bring the civil, stormwater and services design together.
- Take projects through council and Service Authority approvals.
- Review design reports, drawings and modelling, and keep the technical quality high.
- Manage fees, programmes and budgets.
- Mentor engineers and drafters.

What you'll bring

- A degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years' civil design experience,



ideally in land development or urban infrastructure.
- A working knowledge of 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- A good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards.
- Strong knowledge of council design standards and the Australian Standards.
- Clear communication and strong report writing.
