We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing construction team on a project in the Sutherland Shire.

The project involves the construction of a five-storey development, comprising predominantly commercial floorspace with two residential units on the upper level.

This is an initial three-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Manage site safety, quality control and programme deadlines.
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications and building regulations.
- Coordinate site activities and maintain robust communication with project stakeholders.




- Monitor progress and proactively resolve any on-site issues.

About You:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
- Experience managing multi-storey construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to site management, safety and programme delivery.
- Relevant construction qualifications and current WHS certifications.
