Residential Manager | Residential Aged Care

Lead day-to-day operations across care delivery, hotel services, lifestyle programs, and maintenance across the small site.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will provide leadership across clinical and operational services, supporting best-practice care, workforce development, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Essentials





- Proven leadership experience in residential aged care management.
- Registered Nurse (RN) background preferred, though experienced non-RN managers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated track record in change management and building positive team cohesion.
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
