We're looking for professionals who bring strong disability sector experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex support environments. - Autism - Behaviours of concern - Positive Behaviour Support Plans - Daily living skills - Personal care - Implementing positive behaviour support strategies - Working with mental health conditions





What you'll bring:

- Minimum 1 year experience - Confidence supporting participants with autism and behaviours of concern - Professionalism, reliability and initiative - A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support - Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively - Solid availability and willingness to work overnight shifts throughout the week, and on weekends - Due to client preference, females need only apply
