Employal Recruitment is seeking reliable and hardworking Regrind/Forklift Operators to join a leading manufacturer of HDPE pipes and fittings. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role within a busy production environment, involving the collection, sorting and processing of recyclable plastic materials, breaking down pipe offcuts for regrinding, forklift operation, and general manual handling duties. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Cutting, washing, and stacking HDPE pipes to yard standards.
- Debagging raw materials from bulk bags into silos through manual handling.
- Operating a forklift within the warehouse and debagging area.
- Inspecting recycled materials for contamination and reporting any concerns.
- Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials throughout the site.
- Inspecting recycled materials for contamination and reporting any concerns.
- Operating recycling equipment and assisting with production processes.
- Using hand and power tools,



including chainsaws, as required.
- Performing general warehouse duties, stock movement, and housekeeping.
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and keeping accurate maintenance records.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.

Requirements

- Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- Australian Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
- Previous exposure to power tools.
- Ability to pass a medical assessment, including Drug and Alcohol testing.
- Mechanically minded with experience using hand and power tools.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Recycling or industrial manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
