We are currently looking for a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to join a fantastic, well-established real estate agency in the beautiful Shoalhaven region of NSW's South Coast, and this could be just the refreshing career move you've been waiting for!

The Opportunity:

Working alongside a friendly and experienced team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections;
- Preparing accurate and detailed inspection reports;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants;
- Identifying maintenance requirements and assisting with coordination;




- Responding to tenancy enquiries and providing excellent customer service;
- Assisting with general property management administration; and
- Working collaboratively with the wider property management team.

About You:

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys property management, has excellent attention to detail and loves working with people.
Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in residential property management or an assistant role;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and time management;
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude;
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence; and
- A current driver's licence & own reliable vehicle.
