Who Are we?
Frontline Education is a specialist education recruitment agency. Operating (and based) in Queensland for almost 10 years now, our goal is pretty simple: help excellent teachers find roles that tick their boxes, long term.

We’ve been around the block, and we know the market. Hundreds of schools trust us to recruit for them, and we have a long list of happy teachers in roles we helped them find.

Why apply through us?
Ease of process – yes. Friendly faces – absolutely.

But the focus for us is quality, honesty and long-lasting relationships.

It’s hard to know who’s who, and what schools are really going to help you reach your goals. Our job is to understand both you and schools in depth – warts and all, and recommend opportunities we feel would genuinely align with your expertise and career direction.

And it's just nice having someone in your corner too, job hunting can be frustrating.

Roles we’re hiring for in 2027:

- Mathematics (General, Methods, Specialist)
- Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- English (Junior or Senior, Literature)
- Humanities (History, Geography, Legal Studies)
- Business (Including Economics and Accounting)
- Physical Education and Health Education (PE, HPE)
- Design and Technologies (Food Tech, Digital Technology, Manual Arts, Design and Engineering)
- Languages (French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese)
- Inclusive Education, Special Needs, Learning Enhancement
- Middle Leadership (Curriculum and Pastoral)

If you’re QCT registered, or looking to relocate interstate to QLD, let’s chat.

All applications are confidential and schools will never see your information without your permission.

Click APPLY and we'll be in touch shortly.
