Location: South-East Queensland | Inner City Office
Working model: Office, property appointments and work from home
Commencement: January 2027 onwards
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 + super + uncapped commission.

Commission structure

- 35% of one week's rent for internal and B2B leads passed through or generated.
- 85% of one week's rent for self-generated leads.

Its established network spans property investment education, residential sales and project marketing, creating opportunities to build valuable referral relationships and grow a high-performing portfolio.

You will work alongside an award-winning General Manager, backed by an established team, strategic partnerships and a business that rewards initiative.

The Opportunity

As Business Development Manager, you will grow the residential management portfolio across South-East Queensland, leveraging warm leads and established referral channels while developing your own network of developers, agents, brokers and property investment professionals.

You will have the freedom to manage your pipeline, attend appointments and develop relationships,



with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on winning new business.

What You'll Do

- Win new residential property management appointments and landlord relationships.
- Build B2B referral partnerships with developers, sales agents, project marketers, mortgage brokers, financial advisers and property investment professionals.
- Convert internal leads, referrals and self-generated opportunities.
- Attend networking events, client meetings and property appointments across South-East Queensland.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and referral partners.
- Work with property management and leasing teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Contribute to continued organic growth and the group's wider expansion.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in property management business development, residential real estate or relevant B2B sales.
- A track record of generating business and converting opportunities.
- Robust relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- An established property, development or investment network (highly regarded).
- Confidence working autonomously and managing your own pipeline.
- A genuine interest in property investment, wealth creation and personal development.




- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build something long-term.
