The Impact You Will Have in This Role

We are seeking 2 x enthusiastic and confident Face-to-Face Fundraisers to support a one-month fundraising campaign at a hospital on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

In this hands-on, community-facing role, you will engage with hospital visitors, staff and members of the public, sharing the impact of the charity's work and inspiring people to become regular monthly donors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, are confident starting conversations and want to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively engage with members of the public in a hospital environment
- Share information about the charity's work and the impact of regular giving
- Encourage individuals to sign up as regular monthly donors
- Work towards individual and campaign fundraising targets
- Accurately capture donor information and complete sign-up processes
- Represent the charity professionally, positively and respectfully

About You

- Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales, promotions or customer service
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching recent people




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, resilient attitude and motivation to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A genuine passion for supporting a worthwhile cause
- Available for a one-month temporary assignment
