The Role

You'll be responsible for conducting routine and final bond inspections, liaising with tenants and contractors,



coordinating maintenance and assisting with day-to-day administration, all while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio.

About You

- Minimum 12 months' experience within a real estate agency
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current driver's licence
