This role is ideal for an ambitious graduate who wants to develop their technical accounting skills, learn the property industry from the ground up, and be part of a business entering an exciting growth phase.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function across a diverse property portfolio. You'll receive structured training and development while building a strong foundation in trust accounting, property accounting, financial administration, and reporting.
With significant growth planned over the next two years, this role offers genuine career progression and the opportunity to advance alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with trust account administration and reconciliations
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Preparing bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Supporting month-end accounting processes
- Maintaining accurate financial and property records
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives as the business grows

About You

- Recent graduate in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline




- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and build a career within property and trust accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with systems
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
