Opportunity:
A national dental group with more than 50 practices across several states is appointing a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of operational performance across its network. The position has a high remuneration with a direct line to the General Manager.

You will lead a team of regional business managers who work day to day with practice principals, practice managers and clinicians. Your job is to set direction, hold the numbers and make sure every practice has what it needs to grow revenue, lift productivity and deliver a consistent patient experience.
This is a role for an operator who measures success in results. Profitability, patient growth, chair utilisation and team performance sit squarely with you, alongside the budgeting and forecasting that shape how the business plans each year. The group is expanding, so the network you lead today will be larger tomorrow.

Location:
The role covers a national footprint of more than 50 practices across multiple states, so regular interstate travel is part of the job. Your time is split between practice visits,



working alongside your regional managers and planning with the support office team. For a leader who has run a region or a state, this is a clear step up in scale, with performance across several markets sitting under one role.

About You:
You bring senior multi site operations leadership and a track record of lifting performance across locations you do not visit every day. You read a P&L; comfortably, you know which levers move revenue and margin, and you turn data into decisions that practice teams can act on. You lead through managers, coaching them to own their results rather than doing the work for them. You are equally credible with a practice principal, a clinician or a finance team, and you have taken teams through change without losing momentum. Regular interstate travel suits you.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of regional business managers
- Drive profitability, productivity, patient growth and team performance across the network
- Monitor key business metrics and act quickly on opportunities for improvement
- Lead strategic initiatives and operational projects from plan through to delivery
- Support practices to meet compliance, accreditation and governance requirements
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning
