If you know your way around a plate-making line and you'd rather solve real problems on a production floor than sit in an office, read on.

The company is a respected global provider of integrated solutions for the flexographic, letterpress and prepress markets - photopolymer plate processing, sleeves and adapters, and the workflow technology around them. This is a hands-on technical role supporting the customers who run that equipment every day.

This is not an IT or software support role. It's a field service and applications role for someone who understands prepress and flexo printing from the inside.

What you'd actually do

- Service, maintain and troubleshoot specialised prepress equipment in live production environments
- Train customers and educate internal sales teams, on-site and remote
- Support plate-making workflows and related systems
- Help launch new products - installation, implementation, training
- Visit customers across Australia and build long-term relationships

What we genuinely need

- Experience in prepress, flexographic printing or plate-making
- A technical or field service background in printing or industrial equipment
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to explain technical things clearly
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel

Engineering and workflow software exposure are a real plus, but if you've got the print and plate-making experience, we'll back you on the rest.
