Your role:

As an Associate in our client’s Brisbane-based Real Estate team, you will collaborate with partners and colleagues across multiple offices. This role provides exposure to complex and high-profile transactions, advising clients in sectors such as government, healthcare, infrastructure, media, and banking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on major commercial development, urban renewal, and infrastructure projects
- Handle acquisitions and disposals of various property types, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and hotels
- Manage sale and leaseback transactions, tourist resorts, mixed-use developments, and joint ventures
- Negotiate leases and real estate aspects of M&A; transactions
- Address general real estate issues like subdivisions and enforcement of securities

- Experience in a reputable Real Estate team within a law firm (private practice and in-house experience welcomed)
