The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their expanding team. This mid-level to advanced role offers a clear pathway to career progression, including the potential to become a partner. You will handle a broad range of matters under the mentorship of a Senior Associate, playing a key role in the team's day-to-day operations and client relations.

About You: The ideal candidate will:

- Be admitted as a solicitor in Queensland
- Have 1-3 years of experience in Wills & Estates law
- Possess strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities
- Build strong client relationships
- Show a genuine interest in career progression within the firm
- Commit to providing outstanding client service
- Maintain a positive,



self-motivated attitude and work well both independently and as part of a team
- While commercial experience is desirable, it is not essential
