About the Position Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Oral Health Therapist (OHT) with adult scope to join their welcoming dental team in North Lakes.

With both full-time and part-time opportunities available, this role may appeal to clinicians who want greater control over their working arrangements without compromising their clinical development.

You'll enjoy the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental therapy and hygiene treatments to children, adolescents and adults within a modern, well-supported clinical setting.

Working closely with experienced dentists and dental professionals, you'll have the chance to work independently within your scope while benefiting from a collaborative and friendly team culture.

Your clinical responsibilities will include:

- Providing dental hygiene and therapy services across a broad patient demographic.
- Performing examinations, scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance and preventative care.
- Delivering restorative dental treatments within your adult scope of practice.
- Supporting patient treatment planning and ongoing oral healthcare needs.




- Educating patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene.
- Working collaboratively with dentists and other clinical team members.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and excellent infection control standards.
- Creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships with patients.

Key Requirements

- Recognised qualification as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Adult scope of practice is essential.
- Confidence providing dental therapy and hygiene treatments to adult patients.
- Strong clinical and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A friendly, positive and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused dental care.
