Rosemount Turf is a family-owned turf farm supplying quality turf to homeowners, landscapers and commercial projects across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person to join our team in a varied casual role combining sales, administration, customer service and delivery scheduling.

Hours: Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.

No two days are quite the same. You’ll be helping customers over the phone and face-to-face, coordinating truck deliveries and keeping our office and farm operations running smoothly.

The role

- Handling telephone sales, customer enquiries and incoming orders.

- Assisting customers face-to-face with their turf selections and purchases.

- Invoicing customers using Xero.

- Scheduling and coordinating truck deliveries using Monday.com.

- Liaising with customers, drivers and the farm team to keep deliveries running smoothly.

- Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records.

- Assisting customers with loading turf into their vehicles when required.

- Learning to operate farm forklifts, with training provided.

- Helping with general office administration and other duties as needed.





What we're looking for

- Experience in sales, customer service, administration or logistics.

- Confident communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

- Experience with Xero is highly regarded.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt when plans change.

- Comfortable helping with physical tasks and working outdoors when required.

- A positive, practical attitude and willingness to learn.

Turf industry knowledge is an advantage, but not essential. We're happy to train the right candidate who has a excellent attitude and is willing to learn.
