We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially driven Account Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a broad range of industrial products, develop strong customer partnerships and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing an established customer base while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory.

Working closely with our internal sales and technical teams, you'll provide customers with practical product solutions, exceptional service and the support they need to keep their businesses running.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow sales and market share.

- Proactively manage your territory through regular customer visits and sales activities.

- Promote our extensive range of industrial products and solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Prepare and follow up quotations, negotiate pricing and convert opportunities into sales.

- Work collaboratively with internal sales, product specialists and suppliers to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and opportunities through our CRM system.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused and enjoys the challenge of growing a business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in external sales, account management or business development, preferably within industrial products, engineering, manufacturing or a related industry.





- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and generating new business.

- Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate and close sales.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own territory effectively.

- A willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledge.

- A current driver's licence.

Knowledge of industrial products such as bearings, power transmission, fluid power or associated mechanical components would be highly regarded.

While industry experience is an advantage, we also welcome applications from motivated sales professionals with transferable skills and a genuine interest in industrial products.
