DEVELOP is seeking a Health and Safety Administrator - Systems and Compliance for our Perth corporate team.

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Health & Safety, you will help keep our safety platforms, reporting and team activities running smoothly. Based in our Perth office, this role combines safety administration, systems support, data analysis and PA support, with occasional site travel as required.

This role would suit a site safety professional looking to settle into a Perth based corporate work, an experienced safety administrator ready for broader responsibility, or a capable systems administrator with practical safety experience. You will enjoy variety, take ownership of the details and be comfortable combining reporting and systems work with hands on administrative support.

This position is Monday-to-Friday, with occasional site travel as required.

Your main responsibilities:

- Support day to day use of INX, Moodle, and the CDMS, including user enquiries, records and task tracking.
- Extract and analyse INX data, check reporting, accuracy and prepare draft management reports, board paper inputs and presentations.
- Maintain Excel reports and established Power BI dashboards, helping turn safety data into clear, useful information.
- Coordinate controlled document reviews, formatting, version control and approved publication.
- Provide PA and administration support to the General Manager, including meetings, diary coordination,



minutes and action follow up.
- Arrange flights, accommodation and site access for the General Manager and team when required.
- Liaise with suppliers and assist with purchasing administration through Pronto.
- Respond to general safety enquiries and support safety projects, emergency response and injury management administration under direction.

About You:

- WHS or related qualification (desirable);
- Experience in a similar role within the resources sector
- Experience in safety administration systems reporting or a comparable support role, with an understanding of safety processes.
- Strong Excel skills, accurate data entry and confidence preparing reports and presentations.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Experience with INX and Pronto
- Exposure to Moodle, CDMS or Power BI (highly desirable)
- Site safety, emergency response and injury management experience (desirable)
- A helpful proactive approach transparent communication and discretion with confidential information.
