What you’ll bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong assessment, medication management and clinical documentation skills.
• Confidence recognising and escalating changes in a person’s condition.
• Explicit communication and a respectful approach to older people, families and care teams.
• Australian working rights.
