About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on and driven Warehouse Assembly Technician to join our growing team at SITESEC.

This is a full time, warehouse-based position with a strong focus on the assembly, production and quality control of our security camera systems, alongside general warehouse operations, inventory management and dispatch.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and genuinely enjoys getting things done. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and eager to learn, with the drive to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to a fast-growing business.

You'll play an important role in ensuring our systems are assembled to a high standard, stock is managed accurately and products are ready for deployment across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

- Assemble and manufacture security camera systems using hand tools, power tools and electronic components.

- Follow assembly procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

- Conduct quality control checks on completed systems.

- Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, productivity and workflow.

- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient assembly workspace.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory

- Receive incoming deliveries, inspect goods and cross-check against purchase orders.

- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Pick, pack and prepare systems and components for dispatch.

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight and deliveries.

- Organise and maintain warehouse stock, shelving and storage areas.

- Assist with general warehouse duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

- Hands-on and mechanically minded, with confidence using basic hand and power tools.

- Highly motivated, reliable and committed to producing quality work.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

- Organised, efficient and capable of managing multiple tasks.

- A proactive mindset - someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

- Eager to learn new skills, take on responsibility and grow within the business.

- Experience with basic electronics or electrical components is an advantage but not essential.

- Current driver's licence preferred.
