A robust commercial, corporate and property focus, the firm combines technical expertise with practical, strategic advice and a personalised approach to client service.

The firm is seeking a motivated lawyer with approximately 3–6+ years’ post-admission experience to join its litigation and dispute resolution practice and play a meaningful role in its continued success.

The Opportunity

Working across a diverse range of commercial disputes, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, take ownership of matters and build lasting client relationships.

Your work will include:

- Managing commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters from initial instructions through to resolution.
- Advising on contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder and company disputes, partnership disputes, corporate matters and complex estate litigation.
- Working on property, leasing, building and construction disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
- Preparing pleadings, submissions, correspondence, evidence and complex legal advice.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution processes, with exposure to court proceedings.




- Developing trusted client relationships and providing commercially focused, strategic advice.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's broader commercial, corporate, property and estate practices.
- Contributing to the growth of the practice, with opportunities to develop your profile and participate in business development.

About You

You will be a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys solving complex problems, building client relationships and taking ownership of your work.
Ideally, you will bring:

- Approximately 3–6+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
- Experience managing disputes and preparing matters for mediation, settlement or litigation.
- The ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
- Confidence in managing competing priorities and working with an appropriate level of autonomy.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
- An interest in developing your professional profile, contributing to business development and progressing towards partnership.
