About the Role

Based in Wingfield, South Australia, this permanent full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Estimator looking to join a qualified crash repair team.

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing repair costs, preparing accurate quotations and ensuring the efficient time management of vehicle repair. Applying your knowledge and ability to analyse vehicle damage, interpret repair requirements and prepare detailed cost estimates. Whilst working closely with customers, insurers, workshop staff and contribute to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities





- Inspect and assess accident-damaged vehicles to determine repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates, including labour, parts, paint, and materials.
- Liaise with customers and work collaboratively with the internal team members throughout the estimation and repair process to ensure accurate assessments, clear communication, and timely repair outcomes.
- Explain repair processes, costs and timelines to customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes, maintaining accurate documentation and records relating to estimates, approvals, supplements and repair progress.
- Meet KPI's, productivity targets, customer satisfaction goals whilst working to workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Outstanding technical knowledge of automotive structure and car body parts
- Experience working with iBodyshop, Parts Check and Audanet (preferred, but training can be provided)
- A comprehensive understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
- Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills
- High ability to communicate
- A team focused mindset
- Commitment to workplace safety, productivity and quality standards
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
