About the role:
You will:
• Lead and support a team of gym instructors, personal trainers, and reformer Pilates instructors
• Drive the delivery of high-quality, safe and inclusive health club programs and services
• Develop and motivate staff to achieve exceptional member experiences and outcomes
• Monitor program performance, participation and budget targets to support business growth
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive and welcoming club culture

About you:

• Strong people leadership skills, communication and relationship building skills

• Sound knowledge of health and fitness operations, including gym, personal training and reformer Pilates environments
