I am looking for a Salesforce Developer to work on a transformation project, delivering customised solutions and integrations to improve customer experience, performance and operational efficiency.

You'll work closely with business analysts, solution architects and stakeholders to design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems and contact centre platforms.
- Build dashboards and reports covering customer interactions, SLAs and operational performance.
- Configure Salesforce security, data models and automation.
- Support CI/CD deployments, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

- Solid experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Flows,



SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio and OmniScript.
- Experience integrating CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and version control.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling and development standards.

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, or equivalent hands-on experience, is required. Public Sector Solutions certification is desirable.

Day rate contract - until June 2027 (possible extension)
Pay rate - $1,000 to $1,050 + Super
Hybrid arrangements in Sydney's CBD - 2 days a week
