RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENTS

Our clients regularly require experienced PM professionals for assignments such as:

- Portfolio Management and PM cover
- Leasing & Routine Inspection assignments
- Assistant Property Management support
- Property Management administration and backlog work

Assignments can range from a single day through to several months, depending on the client's requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6 months' Residential Property Management experience




- Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV Estate Agents Licence
- Proficient in one or more property management software package, including Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Reapit, AILO, IRE, Inspection Express or similar
- Business smart attire
- Motivated, adaptable, versatile and reliable
- Current driver's licence and reliable car

Previous Residential Property Management experience is essential. Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements will not receive a response.
