With a strong reputation for helping businesses manage supplier risk, governance and compliance obligations, the business continues to expand globally and is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to support its APAC operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with compliance, governance, quality assurance, risk or information security experience who enjoys working across multiple business functions and influencing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Opportunity

Reporting to a senior member of the business, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality and security frameworks across the APAC region.

You will support the ongoing management of recognised industry standards and certifications while helping drive best practice across quality management, compliance and information security processes.

Key responsibilities include:





- Supporting and maintaining quality management systems and ISO certification requirements
- Assisting with information security and compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001-related activities
- Coordinating incidents, corrective actions and non-conformance processes
- Supporting customer feedback and complaint management programs
- Assisting with internal audits and compliance reviews
- Maintaining policies, procedures and governance documentation
- Monitoring regulatory, compliance and industry developments
- Delivering training and awareness initiatives across the business
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities
- Working collaboratively with local and international stakeholders on continuous improvement projects

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous experience within compliance, governance, risk, quality assurance or a related function
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- An understanding of quality management principles and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to cyber security, information security or regulatory environments
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities





Highly regarded:

- Experience supporting ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 environments
- Exposure to audit, risk or governance activities
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
