POSITION

Due to continued growth, a Project Manager is now needed to lead and deliver a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Brisbane.

- Lead and manage electrical projects from award through to completion across commercial sectors.
- Review project plans, specifications and scope of works to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate resources, materials and costs.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and value engineering opportunities to protect margin.
- Oversee project handover from the estimating team and manage ongoing cost reporting and forecasting.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers across all project stages.
- Contribute to the growth of the business through professional delivery, repeat business and client satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered it is vital that you have the following:

- Proven electrical project management experience across commercial or domestic projects
- Trade background in electrical highly regarded
- Electricians looking to move off the tools and into a management role are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials and installation costs
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
