TITAN Containers is looking for a motivated, commercially minded Business Development Executive to grow our ArcticStore refrigerated storage business across South Australia and Western Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and finding practical solutions for customers across a range of industries.

What you'll be doing

- Identify and win new business opportunities across WA and SA.

- Develop relationships with customers in the food, pharmaceutical, logistics and events industries.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting through to contract negotiation and closing.

- Work with customers to develop refrigerated storage solutions, including larger projects and SuperStore installations.

- Coordinate site assessments, deliveries, collections and ongoing customer requirements with our Adelaide depot and national operations team.

- Support ArcticStore inspections, maintenance and compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in HubSpot.

- Identify opportunities to support TITAN's future growth and potential current sites in Perth.

- Initially working from home,



the position will transition to a hybrid role in the future.

What we're looking for

- At least five years' sales experience, ideally with technical products, containers or refrigeration.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- The initiative and discipline to work independently from a home office.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- A practical, solutions-focused approach to customer needs.

- A current unrestricted Class C driver's licence.

- A forklift licence would be an advantage.

- Willingness to travel throughout WA, to Adelaide and interstate as required.
