George Brand Real Estate is seeking an experienced property management skilled for a temporary role of approximately 6–9 months.

Working alongside our Head of Property Management and Leasing Consultant, you’ll receive ongoing support from a friendly local team recognised as the leading real estate agency in the area.

About the role

Duties include conducting routine inspections, arranging maintenance and repairs, and carrying out general property management tasks for a portfolio of approx. 120 properties. Accounting duties are not required.

About you

You’ll have:

- Property management experience

- A current real estate certificate or licence

- Confidence conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance

- Experience with PropertyMe software, an advantage
