Behaviour Support Practitioners – Core and Proficient

At Growth and Change, flexibility is embedded in how we work. We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner who is looking for part-time or full-time employment, with the autonomy to structure their own working hours.

Our Adelaide-based team delivers high-quality, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support across home, school, and community settings, with a strong focus on meaningful, person-centred outcomes.

The Role

- Deliver positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants

- Develop and review evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans

- Work closely with families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams

- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment

- Provide guidance or mentoring to junior practitioners if working in a senior or leadership role

About You

- Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner or eligibility for registration

- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and report-writing skills

- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and support needs

- Knowledge of NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks

- Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver’s Licence
