Just Quality is looking for energetic, motivated Customer Service Officers to join our growing South Australian team!

We're offering casual positions with 12–30 hours per week, a competitive hourly rate of $30–$35 plus commission, and the opportunity to earn more by achieving great results.

This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and helping them take the next step towards improving their homes.

No previous appointment-setting experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, enjoy talking to people, and are willing to learn, we'll provide all the training you need.

The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be contacting potential customers, qualifying their enquiries, and booking quality appointments for our in-home Sales Consultants.

You'll be working in a busy, supportive office environment where teamwork, customer service, and performance are key.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Appointment Setting: Contact warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and book in-home consultations.

- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Confidently manage a high volume of calls while providing a friendly and professional customer experience.

- Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand customer needs, and create excitement about our products and services.

- Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to ensure appointments are suitable and properly qualified.





- Appointment Management: Work closely with the sales team to maximise appointment availability and keep schedules full.

- CRM Management: Accurately record customer information, update enquiries, and manage follow-up activities.

- Customer Service: Assist customers with general enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments when required.

- Previous customer service, call centre, or appointment-setting experience is an advantage, but not essential.
