The Role

· Liaise with our clients (mainly from W.A.) to deliver payroll services beyond their expectations and to the contractual requirements

· Process outsourced payroll for our clients, accurately, efficiently and delivered on time

· Ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations governing payroll practices

· Enjoy remote support from our very experienced Adelaide and Melbourne teams

· Assist in the implementation of payroll-related projects and system enhancements

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, software updates, and best practice.

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following: -

· A robust background in Payroll processing, ideally with ichris, other programs will be considered





· Exceptional customer service experience

· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex systems and software

· Strong organisational, problem solving, communication, and client management skills

· Self-motivation, maturity and confidence plus demonstrated experience in working independently successfully.
