Eilbeck Cranes is one of Australia's leading crane manufacturers and service providers, delivering maintenance, breakdown support, inspections, repairs and crane modernisations to customers across manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, rail, ports and heavy industry.

Our Sydney Service Branch supports a large field workforce and a broad customer base throughout NSW. We are currently seeking a Service Support & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Ingleburn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a key support role within our Service Department, responsible for helping technicians, service management and customers by ensuring parts, inventory, records and day-to-day administration are managed efficiently.

This role suits somebody who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Asset Administration

- Coordinate vehicle servicing and registrations.

- Maintain fleet records.

- Track tools, equipment and assets.

- Assist with technician uniform and PPE requirements.

Customer Service & Branch Support

- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries.

- Assist customers with general enquiries.

- Support the service team with administrative tasks.





- Coordinate courier bookings and deliveries.

- Assist with branch administration as required.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous administration experience within a service, trades, maintenance, manufacturing or industrial workplace.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Experience processing purchase orders and supplier communications.

- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office.

- High attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- A proactive, team-focused attitude.

Highly Regarded

- Inventory or warehouse administration experience.

- Service industry experience.

- Accounts or procurement experience.
