Fish at The Rocks is seeking a Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at Millers Point, NSW. This long-term role emphasizes excellent customer service, seamless dining experiences, and effective team coordination in a busy seafood venue.

You will supervise staff during service, coordinate reservations, work with the kitchen for timely delivery, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is essential.
