We are seeking a great Sales Assistant to join our Casula store. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales of our premium bedding and furniture products. What you'll be doing

Provide an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect products

Help advise customers to allow them to make informed purchasing decisions

Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

Support the store manager with day-to-day operations and team management as required

Love of retail sales and customer service

Great communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships

Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and drive

Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
