Paluma Environmental Education Centre, operated by The Queensland Government, invites applications for a kitchen-focused role supporting hands-on learning in the rainforest setting of Paluma, North Queensland. You will guide kitchen staff on cooking methods, ensure food safety and hygiene, monitor equipment, coordinate meal service and maintain cleanliness of prep areas to support student experiences.
