Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour invites passionate culinary professionals to join our Demi Chef team across Atelier, Club Millésime, Le Rivage and more. In a luxury hotel setting, you’ll prepare, cook and present dishes to Sofitel standards while maintaining a clean workstation.

You’ll develop skills across high-volume service, support junior team members and contribute to HACCP compliance, food safety and quality.
